Your account simply pauses — no charges, no data loss. You can pick a paid plan whenever you're ready, and everything will be exactly as you left it. We never delete your data during the trial or after it ends.

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?

None. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no per-user surcharges beyond your plan limit, and no surprise charges. The only optional costs are overage fees if you exceed your storage or timestamp limits.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings with one click. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is paused but your data is preserved for 90 days so you can export or reactivate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and for annual plans we can issue invoices. For enterprise customers, we also support custom payment terms.

What counts as a 'timestamp'?

Accepted Answer

A timestamp is a qualified digital signature with a certified time of issuance, issued by a trusted authority. Each time you electronically sign a document with a timestamp, one credit is used from your monthly allowance. Unused timestamps do not roll over to the next month.
