Yes. We work directly with chambers and their IT operators (such as ANCERT, Notartel, ADSN or the Bundesnotarkammer's IT arm) on whitelabel and OEM deployments of the AI overlay across the national archive. EU hosted, ISO 27001 and NIST aligned, eIDAS 2.0 qualified preservation ready.
Your documents are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. Specifically, we use two separate S3 storage locations in two different European regions. This means that even in the event of technical issues in one region, your documents remain safe and accessible in the other. Everything is automatically encrypted.
Not without going through the access controls you set. Every file is encrypted at rest and in transit, and authorization is enforced on every request. For each user in your company, you can set individual permissions: who can view, edit, or download each document. No engineer at Arhivix has standing access to your files, and any internal access required for support or incident response is explicitly authorized and logged in an audit trail.
