Public pricing, per company

The Arhivix Lite plan is free and needs no card. Paid plans start at 22 EUR per month with yearly billing, and even the smallest includes 5 user accounts, with no per-user pricing. For more than 20 accounts we prepare a custom quote.

Frequently asked questions

Your documents are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. Specifically, we use two separate S3 storage locations in two different European regions. This means that even in the event of technical issues in one region, your documents remain safe and accessible in the other. Everything is automatically encrypted.

Not without going through the access controls you set. Every file is encrypted at rest and in transit, and authorization is enforced on every request. For each user in your company, you can set individual permissions: who can view, edit, or download each document. No engineer at Arhivix has standing access to your files, and any internal access required for support or incident response is explicitly authorized and recorded in the audit log.

Arhivix automatically indexes every document you upload. Our AI system reads and understands the content of your documents, so you can search using natural language. For example, you can type "Find my phone bill from April" and the system will locate the exact document. No manual searching, no wasted time.

Through the REST API v1 and signed webhooks, included in every paid plan: your software sends documents to Arhivix, and Arhivix tells your software when a document arrives or an invoice changes. We build the connection to your ERP and accounting to order, and documents reach your accountant through sharing or a notification.

Not at all. A document arrives, Arhivix proposes its details and you confirm them, and search understands a plain description. If you need help, write to us: we answer on working days from 09:00 to 17:00 CET.

You upload your existing folders or connect your email inbox, and Arhivix indexes everything in the background. Standard plans need no migration project and no consultants. With an Enterprise contract, your existing archive is moved in with its folder logic, metadata and retention dates preserved.

Absolutely. You can cancel from your account settings with one click. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is paused and you have 30 days to export your data.
