NOTIX LLC is our United States entity, EIN 38-4359471. Contracts, invoices and data processing agreements are signed with the entity that corresponds to your jurisdiction. The product and the team behind it are the same.

NOTIX DOO Beograd is responsible for the content published on this site. Texts, brand marks, screenshots and downloadable materials belong to NOTIX DOO Beograd unless marked otherwise. Use of the application itself is governed by the software license.
Where we link to another site, the content of that site is the responsibility of its operator. We check links when we place them and cannot monitor them permanently.
Hosting
The site and the service run on infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, region eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany). The full list of processors is in the list of sub-processors.
Supervision and dispute resolution
Providing archiving software requires no special authorization, so no licensing authority supervises this activity. For personal data, the supervisory authority at our registered office is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia. Users in the European Economic Area may also contact the supervisory authority in their own country.
Arhivix is a business service and contracts are concluded with legal entities, not with consumers. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.
