How long does setup take?

Most teams are live within a few days. You upload your existing folders or connect your email inbox, and Arhivix indexes everything in the background. There is no migration project and no professional services required for standard plans.

What document formats do you support?

PDF (native and scanned), Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook attachments), images (JPG, PNG, HEIC), text and Markdown, plus most common CAD viewer-exports. Scanned PDFs and images are OCR'd automatically so they are searchable by content, not just by filename.

How many languages do you support?

The product UI ships in 18 languages and AI search understands documents written in any major European language, plus Arabic and Turkish. You can search in one language and find documents written in another.

How is Arhivix different from Google Drive or Dropbox?

Drive and Dropbox are file storage. Arhivix is a document management system: AI search by content (not just filename), auto-classification of invoices and contracts, e-signature, e-invoicing, audit trail by default, per-document access control, and a client portal so external parties can upload securely. Pricing is per archived document, not per user, so the whole team can use it.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes. iOS and Android apps for scanning, uploading and searching from the field. The web app works fully on tablet too. Field workers can scan a document with their phone and it lands in the right project workspace within seconds.

How does pricing work?

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

On AWS within the EU by default, with at-rest AES-256 encryption and per-document access control. Enterprise customers can choose dedicated single-tenant infrastructure or bring-your-own S3-compatible storage (MinIO, Wasabi, on-prem). Audit trail is on by default and is admissible under eIDAS 2.0 qualified preservation rules.
