Arhivix focuses on document intake and organization. Documents are always accessible for export and integration with your existing accounting workflow. With automations, you can set up the system to automatically notify you when an invoice is created, approved, or uploaded.

Your documents are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. Specifically, we use two separate S3 storage locations in two different European regions. This means that even in the event of technical issues in one region, your documents remain safe and accessible in the other. Everything is automatically encrypted.

Not without going through the access controls you set. Every file is encrypted at rest and in transit, and authorization is enforced on every request. For each user in your company, you can set individual permissions: who can view, edit, or download each document. No engineer at Arhivix has standing access to your files, and any internal access required for support or incident response is explicitly authorized and logged in an audit trail.

Arhivix automatically indexes every document you upload. Our AI system reads and understands the content of your documents, so you can search using natural language.
