Frequently asked questions

No. Arhivix does not keep an equipment register or health and safety records. An inspection report is a document in that machine's folder: Arhivix reads it and proposes the details, and you enter the next inspection date once in Deadlines, so a reminder reaches you before it expires.

Purchasing sees the goods receipt and the certificate in the supplier's folder before the invoice goes for payment: Arhivix notifies them, and an automation can share the documents with your accountant. Approvals and the link to your ERP are set up for your company.

In the supplier's folder, with the goods receipt and the photos from the same delivery. In paid plans search also reads the text of a scanned certificate, so you find it by batch number too; the free plan searches by file name.
