It depends on the model: a referral fee, a reseller margin on subscriptions, or a margin plus your own implementation services. We agree on the terms in writing, usually after the first pilot.
No. The ERP remains the system of record. Arhivix reads, checks and routes documents and passes the results to the ERP through a connector or the API.
