Before You Start: What You Need

  • Company tax ID (PIB)
  • Company registration number
  • Qualified electronic certificate — the same used for e-invoices on SEF
  • Authorized user — legal representative or authorized person
  • Email address for notifications

Step 1: Access the Portal

Navigate to eotpremnica.mfin.gov.rs. This is the production portal. Test first on the DEMO environment (demo.eotpremnica.mfin.gov.rs).

Step 2: Authentication with Electronic Certificate

The portal uses qualified electronic certificates for authentication — smart cards, USB tokens, or cloud certificates.

Step 3: Company Registration

  1. Tax ID and registration number — system pulls data from business registry
  2. Contact details — email and phone for notifications
  3. Entity type — public sector, private sector, entrepreneur
  4. Locations/warehouses — enter all locations you ship from
